Women Defeat Alex Hills 58 - 8 in Pre-season hit-out.

Our Senior Women's squad took on Alex Hills in our first official practise match on Saturday. In a first for the club, we were able to field a full team of those under 23, with a few new to the club as well.

Our team stood up really well against a physical opponent in Alex Hills and progressively improved the performance as the game wore on, particularly in the third quarter. We came away with the win 58 to 8 and it's incredibly encouraging to have a group of talented women coming up through the club - we're excited to see what the women's squad can do in in 2022.

Our next pre-season game will be THIS Saturday against Mt Gravatt Vultures, DIV 1 at 4:00PM and Reserves at 6:00PM.
